Patrick W. Keefe

Managing Partner

 

Patrick has over 25 years of experience in business litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and property tax appeals. He regularly appears before local boards of equalization, the Missouri State Tax Commission, and in the Missouri Courts, and he has personally handled thousands of property tax appeals resulting in millions in tax savings for his clients.


Patrick received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 2000. Patrick is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.

Diane J. Keefe

Partner

Diane has spent her entire career focused on healthcare transactional and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on physician groups, physicians, and other providers and suppliers. She assists and advises her clients with both operational and management issues including entity formation, workforce management/employment issues, contracts related to all aspects of a healthcare business, and compliance with federal and state requirements such as physician supervision, fraud and abuse, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA/HITECH and accreditation/licensure.


Diane has extensive experience in digital health/telemedicine, and she has served as in-house counsel for a number of healthcare startups. Diane currently serves as General Counsel at a non-profit healthcare organization in St. Louis. 


Diane received her Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and received her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Health Administration from St. Louis University. Diane is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and New York. 

Frank D. Keefe

Senior Partner

Frank is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, and general civil litigation. Frank received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1980. Frank is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. 

Jackie Murphy

Jackie Murphy is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience as an office manager and litigation paralegal. Jackie’s attention to detail and familiarity with real estate law, complex legal processes, and case management allows her to efficiently manage priorities, streamline workflows, and deliver high-quality results to the firm’s clients. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jackie values time with her husband and daughter and enjoys watching her daughter show cattle.

Kayla Crouch

Senior Paralegal


Kayla brings 13 years of broad legal experience to the firm’s property tax appeals team. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for meticulous case management, accurate legal research, and flawless administrative support. Kayla leverages her expertise and skills to ensure the firm’s clients receive highly reliable, analytical, and thoughtful legal support to minimize their property tax liability. Outside the office, Kayla enjoys working on her small farm and chasing her three daughters.
