Patrick has over fifteen years experience in business transactions and litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and property tax. He represents and advises businesses and individuals regarding day-to-day operational issues, civil litigation, and administrative appeals processes and procedures.
Patrick received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 2000. Patrick is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
Diane J. Keefe

Diane has over fifteen years experience in transactional and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on healthcare organizations, physicians, and other healthcare providers and suppliers. She assists and advises her clients with both operational and management issues including the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, as well as compliance with federal, state and local requirements such as fraud and abuse, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA/HITECH and accreditation/licensure.
Diane received her Bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997, and received her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Health Administration from St. Louis University in 2001. Diane is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
